Produced from vines planted in 1960. Brilliant straw colour with a watery hue. Fresh Jonathan apple aromas mingle with tropical fruits, hints of honeysuckle and quince. Jonathan apple, pear, quince and spice flavours combine on the palate with a dry finish and lively acidity. Aftertaste of Jonathan apples, pears, traces of spicy quince and mineral.
