Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Distinctive herbaceous grassy characters and asparagus top notes are followed by green bean, citrus and spicy capsicum. Like the nose the palate also has a very green flavour profile with asparagus and citrus flavours over a back drop of herbaceous grassy characters and spicy capsicum. Nicely textured with a dry finish and bright acidity. Aftertaste of citrusy asparagus, herbaceous grassy characters and spicy capsicum.
