2015 Benjamin Laroche La Manufacture Saint Bris Sauvignon

Brilliant pale straw colour with a hint of green to the edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous grassy scents combine with lime and fresh herb infusions over some asparagus and subtle wet stone notes. Light and very dry the palate has flavours of herbaceous grassy characters and lime which sit over a back drop of dried herbs, wet stone and asparagus. Finishes very dry with fresh acidity and an aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters, lime, dried herbs, wet stone and lightly spiced asparagus.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
