2015 Beautiful Isle Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. The nose is in the greener spectrum of Cabernet ripeness with aromatics of green bean, black olive, tobacco leaf and dried herbs overshadowing mulberry with spicy cedar end notes. Light to medium bodied with a very elegant feel flavours of mulberry merge with tobacco leaf and herb infusions over a back drop of pencil shaving like cedar and spice. Dryish fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of mulberry, dried herbs, spicy pencil shavings and tobacco leaf.
Cellar 2-3 years.
