2015 Aylward By Ocean Eight Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light red hue. The nose sees elevated scents of dark cherries and strawberries mix with game, dried herbs, sappy cedar and spice. Round and supple in the mouth the palate is decorated with a combination of red and dark cherry flavours which sit over a back drop of spicy forest floor characters and light cedar. Finishes with good freshness, velvet smooth tannins and a savoury medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
