2015 Ata Rangi Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of zesty citrus and green apple are to the fore followed by some light grassiness, fresh herbs and faint mineral. Tangy lime, green apple and subtle passionfruit flavours elegantly move their way across the palate over a backdrop of fresh herb infusions and mineral. Dry finish with crunchy acidity. Long aftertaste of limes, green apple, a touch of passionfruit, fresh herbs and mineral. A light, snappy Sauvignon Blanc that has much more elegance than most of its Marlborough counterparts.
