2015 Airlie Bank Franc

Made from 100% whole bunch Cabernet Franc this is a seductive red full of juicy, youthful fruit.

Opaque bright dark red black tinged colour with a purple red hue. Fragrant aromas of freshly crushed berries, subtle liquorice, inky earth like characters and spice. Light to medium weight the palate is filled with juicy fruit flavours of blackcurrant, freshly crushed dark cherries, a touch of liquorice, ink and spicy earth. Fine grained tannins with a bright fresh finish. Long aftertaste of freshly crushed berries, a lick of liquorice, some inkiness, earth and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
