2014 Two Hands Brilliant Disguise Moscato 500ml

The fruit comes from 30 to 50 year old white Frontignac vines grown in the Barossa Valley. The essence of the Moscato style is in maintaining freshness; it is pressed, fermented, filtered and bottled in quick succession. Very pale straw colour. Aromatic notes of sherbet, green apple, fresh flowers and cotton candy. The palate has lovely fine tropical fruits with background notes of cut flower and honeysuckle. Fine mousse gives lift and carry to the intense flavours whilst acid provides great foil to the sweetness. Drink now.
