2014 Totara Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous gooseberry aromas are mixed in with some passionfruit, citrus and grassy asparagus with light green capsicum end notes. Light and fresh the palate features flavours of herbaceous gooseberries, tangy citrus, grassy asparagus characters and capsicum. Crunchy acid finish with an aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberries, tangy citrus, grassy herbaceous characters and green capsicum.
