2014 Torbreck Woodcutter's Semillon

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and dried honey are overlaid by some toastiness and citrus oil with spice end notes. Rich and texturally full the palate features flavours of ripe pears, citrus and dried honey mixed in with some oily toast like characters finishing quite spicy and dry with sufficient acidity for the short to medium term. Aftertaste of ripe pears, honeyed toast, citrus oil and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
