2014 Tomich Vineyard Grace & Glory Shiraz

Combines the seductive juicy richness of McLaren Vale with the savouriness of the Adelaide Hills.

The fruit for this Shiraz was sourced from two of South Australia’s premium wine growing districts – Adelaide Hills & McLaren Vale with maturation taking place in a combination of French and American oak barriques for a period of 12 months. Totally opaque midnight black core with a deep dark red black hue. Aromas of liquorice and black cherries are overlaid by some smoky cedar and dried meat characters with peppery end notes. Rich and succulent the palate is layered with liquorice, blackberry and ripe black cherry flavours intermixed with smoky cedar and peppered dried meats. Opulent meaty textural feel with fine grained, yet sturdily built tannins. Long conclusion of liquorice, ripe black cherries, smoky cedar, dried meats and pepper. Limited Stocks.
