2014 Terra Felix Shiraz Viognier

Matured in a combination of 25% French oak and older barriques. Very deep dark purple black tinged colour with a bright dark purple hue. The nose displays youthful aromas of inky dark cherries and plums followed by a touch of liquorice and some faint apricot end notes. Medium bodied with a fleshy mouthfeel the palate possesses joosy flavours of plums and liquorice over some subtle apricot and spice. Slightly dryish finish with velvet smooth tannins. Plummy liquorice, dried apricot and spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
