2014 Summerfield Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Magnificent depth of colour featuring an inky black core with an equally deep black crimson red hue. Pronounced aromatics of ripe blackcurrant, dark chocolate and liquorice intermixed with a hint of spearmint waft from the glass with following notes of vanillin cedar and spice. Rich and full bodied the palate is packed with dark fruit flavours including blackcurrant, dark chocolate and liquorice that dominate over vanillin oak, subtle earth and spice. Opulent mouthfeel with a chewy robust tannin structure providing some grip on the finish. Excellent power with a long ripe blackcurrant, liquorice, subtle choc mint and spicy vanillin cedar aftertaste.
