2014 Stonier Reserve Pinot Noir

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a brick red hue. Fragrant spicy dark cherry, ripe strawberry and anise aromas overlay earthy cedar and dried herb notes. The supple medium bodied palate shows ample richness and power with generous flavours of ripe dark cherries, Morello cherries and strawberries shaded by some anise over a back drop of spicy cedar and earthy dried herb infusions. Velvet smooth tannins. A long aftertaste of dark cherries, subtle Morello cherries, strawberries, anise, spicy cedar and lightly earthed dried herbs showing excellent persistence.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
