2014 Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Showing excellent intensity aromas of passionfruit and ripe gooseberries are followed by some citrus and light herbaceous grassy end notes. The palate features vibrant flavours of passionfruit intermixed with herbaceous gooseberries followed by some citrus and grassy asparagus characters. Clean crisp acidity with a dry finish. Long passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberry and fresh asparagus aftertaste.
