2014 Saint Clair Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose displays passionfruit top notes which intermix with herbaceous gooseberries followed by citrus and light fresh asparagus end notes. Showing good flavour intensity the palate features passionfruit and herbaceous grassy gooseberries over some fresh asparagus characters and a crisp mineral infused finish. Long aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberries, subtle passionfruit, fresh asparagus and mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
