2014 Sabella Cabernet Sauvignon

A richer style of Cabernet that has plenty of structure and delivers great value.

Outstanding colour displaying an impenetrable midnight black core with a very deep black dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant and black cherry merge into some liquorice and spicy vanillin cedar notes. Rich, luscious blackcurrant flavours swamp the palate with liquorice, vanillin cedar, earth and spicy cigar box nuances also present. Generously textured with fine grained but slightly firmish tannins providing the structure with some chewiness on the finish. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, liquorice, vanillin cedar, earth and spicy cigar box.
