2014 Payne's Rise Mr Jed Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright crimson red colour with a light red tinged hue. The nose displays fresh fruity aromas of ripe cherries, plum and strawberries followed by traces of cedar, meatiness and spice. Light but with a good power wave and abundant flavour the palate features dark cherries and strawberries over a background of dried meats, subtle stalkiness and spicy cedar. Very fine grained perfectly integrated tannins. Savoury with a long ripe dark cherry, strawberry, meaty cedar, subtle stalk and spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
