2014 Patrick Piuze Chablis Terroir de Chablis

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose presents fresh pear and lime aromas followed by some green apple and stony mineral end notes. Light and fresh the palate has pristine flavours of pear and limey green apple over some fresh herb infusions and stony mineral. Clean dry finish with good crisp acidity. Aftertaste of fresh pear, limey green apple and stony mineral.
