2014 Parish Vineyard Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose displays excellent intensity with tell-tale lemon and aromas to the fore followed by a hint of green apple, talc and mineral. Zesty palate flavours of lemon and lime fill the palate followed by some orange rind and steely mineral. Racy acidity with a dry finish. Long aftertaste of lemon, lime, orange rind and steely mineral. Another outstanding Riesling from the Robert Hill Smith stable.
Cellar 5-6 years.
