Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced lime and citrus aromas dominate the nose with talc and mineral scents also present. On the palate zingy lime and citrus flavours are to the fore with a crisp mineral infused finish. Aftertaste of tangy lime, citrus and mineral.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
