2014 Ministry of Clouds Mataro

Near opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries and plum are intermixed with some liquorice followed by vanillin cedar, a hint of earth and spice. Richly fruited the medium bodied palate possesses a supple round textural feel and juicy flavours of ripe dark cherries, plum and liquorice over some spicy lightly scorched earth and vanillin cedar. Very fine grained velvet like tannins. Long dark plum, ripe black cherry, subtle liquorice, vanillin cedar and light spicy earth aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
