2014 Lost Buoy Lion Point Shiraz

A Lavish McLaren Vale Shiraz with a rich satiny feel and good dose of dark chocolate and vanillin oak.

Matured in seasoned French and American oak hogsheads. Excellent colour displaying a black as night core with a deep dark red black hue. Intense liquorice and ripe blackberry aromas waft from the glass overlaying dark chocolate, vanillin oak and spice. Decadently rich flavours of liquorice, ripe blackberries and dark chocolate burst onto the palate in opulent fashion with a backdrop of vanillin oak, mocha and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Very powerful with a long luscious conclusion of liquorice, dark chocolate, vanillin oak and spicy mocha.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
