2014 Laroche Petit Chablis

The fruit for this Petit Chablis is sourced from local growers who work in close collaboration with the Laroche winemaking team. The average vine age is 26 years and the wine is aged for 6 months on fine lees in stainless-steel tanks.

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Light pear, green apple and lime scents are overlaid by wet stone characters with flinty mineral end notes. Light weight the palate has delicate flavours of citrus, green apple and wet stones with a dry, chalky, mineral infused finish. Fresh crisp acidity with an aftertaste of subtle green apple, wet stone and chalky mineral. A fresh flinty Chablis.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
