2014 Howard Park Miamup Cabernet Sauvignon

A very stylish Margaret River Cabernet that delivers great value.

Sourced from several vineyard sites this great value Margaret River Cabernet saw 18 months maturation in French oak. Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Lifted aromas of blackcurrant and mulberries are overlaid by cigar box characters and dried herbs with spicy tobacco end notes. Contained within the elegantly structured framework there’s tremendous richness, the medium bodied palate bursting with rich blackcurrant and mulberry fruit. Nuances of cigar box, spicy tobacco and dried herbs are also present. Quite fleshy in its mouthfeel with finely grained yet structured tannins. Long aftertaste of blackcurrant and mulberry infused with cigar box, dried herbs and spicy tobacco.
