2014 Henschke Peggy's Hill Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with light greenish highlights on the edges and a watery hue. Lifted top notes of lime and citrus are followed by some green apple, a hint of orange rind and steely mineral scents. Zesty lime and lemon flavours are to the fore over some talc characters and steely mineral. Dry finish with crisp acidity and a long aftertaste of lime, lemon, talc and mineral.
Drink now whilst fresh and vibrant or cellar 5-6 years.
