2014 Heirloom Vineyards Barossa Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red black hue. Aromas of dark plum and liquorice laced with smoky oak are followed by some faint clove and blackpepper end notes. Medium to full bodied with a soft fleshy mouthfeel the palate has luscious flavours of spicy dark plums and liquorice over vanillin cedar, some light smokiness and pepper. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark plums, liquorice, lightly smoked vanillin oak and pepper.
