2014 Glaetzer Dixon Avance Pinot Noir

Shows good depth with a dark purple red colour and a purple red hue. Gorgeous perfumed aromas of violets intermixed with ripe dark cherries, plum and subtle anise with an underlying meatiness and gently smoked spicy cedar end notes. Vibrant fresh palate with abundant ripe fruit flavours including dark cherries, plum and subtle anise over a background of meaty characters and spicy smoked cedar. Savoury and delicious with velvet smooth tannins. Long aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, plums, anise, meaty cedar and spice. A delicious, fresh, fruit driven Pinot.
