Sourced from the Yarra Valley & Pyrenees this Rose is produced from a blend of Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet grapes. Translucent salmon pink colour with a watery hue. Scented aromas of cherries, delicate winter strawberry and spice emerge. The palate is typically very dry and spicy with flavours of cherry and light strawberry present. Good fresh acidity with an aftertaste of spicy cherries and strawberries.
