2014 Coriole Shiraz

Full bodied, rich and peppery with a supple like mouthfeel.

Totally opaque midnight black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated aromas of ripe black cherries, blackberries and liquorice infused with black pepper are followed by some delicate dried meat and spicy vanillin cedar notes. Bold, lusciously fruited blackberry, black cherry and liquorice flavours are overlaid by blackpepper with an underlying meaty character and spicy toasty vanillin cedar following on. The fine grained yet well structured tannins carrying the opulence of fruit with ease. Superb richness and concentration without being too heavy. Long savoury aftertaste of rich luscious blackberries, black cherries and liquorice infused with blackpepper, a subtle meatiness and spicy toasty vanillin cedar.
