2014 Catalina Sounds Sound of White Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of herbaceous gooseberries and grassy characters meld into some asparagus, citrus and light passionfruit. Light and fresh the palate has flavours of passionfruit intermixed with gooseberries, grassy asparagus, citrus and spicy cedar. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberries, some passionfruit, grassy asparagus and subtle spicy cedar.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
