2014 Burn Cottage Moonlight Race Pinot Noir

Deep dark purple red colour with a bright purple hue. Powerful black cherry, incense and dark plum aromas meld into some smoked meat characters, dried herbs and spicy cedar. Rich, medium bodied and supple the palate has a very savoury appeal to it featuring flavours of black cherries, incense infusions, subtle liquorice and plummy strawberries over some meatiness and spicy dried herbs. The silky tannins perfectly interwoven with the fruit. Long aftertaste of spicy black cherries, plummy strawberries, liquorice, dried meats and toasty cedar.
