2014 Bent Creek Reserve Shiraz

Aged in both new and seasoned American and French oak for 24 months. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Pronounced aromas of ripe dark plum, blackberry and liquorice overlay some dark chocolate and toasty vanillin oak. Thick and heavily weighted the decadent palate is decorated with opulent flavours of ripe blackberries, dark plums and liquorice which meld into vanillin oak, a touch of mocha and spice. Magnificent concentration and power with a long lavishly textured aftertaste of ripe blackberries, dark plum, liquorice, toasty vanillin oak, subtle mocha and spice.
