2014 Ad Hoc Hen & Chicken Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of delicate white peach and nectarine are intermixed with some subtle dried honey and spicy cashew notes. Medium bodied with a slight creaminess about the rounded textural feel the palate features flavours of delicate white peaches laced with dried honey over some cashew and spice with a fresh dry finish. Long aftertaste of dried honey, cashew and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
