2013 Zonte's Footstep Z-Force Shiraz Petite Sirah

Totally opaque inky black colour with a very deep dark red black hue. Intense aromas of ripe Morello cherries, liquorice and black cherries are followed by some dark chocolate with undertones of black olives, scorched earth and blackpepper. Rich and chewy with a robust muscular mouthfeel the palate features flavours of liquorice and black cherries over some black olives, scorched earth and blackpepper. Dry finish with firm chewy tannins. Long aftertaste of black cherries, liquorice, black olives, dried meats and peppery scorched earth.
