Other Reviews….
Includes 5% cabernet franc, 3% merlot and 2% petit verdot, 20% enjoyed a pre-fermentation cold soak, 30% given extended maceration for 28 days, matured for 14 months in French barriques (20% new). This is what you might expect of a $30 wine, not $18. It is bold upright with joie de vivre, juicy, yet pleasantly tart. A great drink for a celebration. Drink by 2023.
