2013 Vincent Pinard Flores Sancerre

Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted top notes of fresh herbs and lime are followed by a hint green apple and some light spicy grassy characters. The palate features flavours of fresh ripe limes and green apples with some fresh herb infusions over a minerally background. Dry crisp finish with an aftertaste of ripe limes, green apples, fresh herbs and stony mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
