2013 Vasse Felix Filius Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of delicate white peach and nectarine are intermixed with some funky match stick notes with citrus and light spice following. Light to medium weight the palate features lively flavours of white peach, citrus and gun flint like characters over some light cashew and spice. Clean dry finish with fresh acidity and a light elegant mouth feel. Aftertaste of delicate white peach, gun flint, cashew and spice.
