Absolutely delicious!

This wine takes its inspiration from the bone dry Rosés of Provence, by adopting the traditional French method of Saignée. Produced from bled off juice from freshly crushed old vine Mataro then barrel fermented and aged for 6 months in well seasoned French oak hogsheads. Translucent salmon pink colour with watery salmon pink tinged hue. Nosing presents aromas of ripe cherries, plum, strawberry and spice. The palate possesses excellent fruit concentration and rounded silky textural properties. Mouthfilling flavours of ripe cherries, plum and strawberries with a dry spicy finish. Long spicy ripe cherries and plum aftertaste.
