2013 Tim Gramp Watervale Basket Pressed Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant laced with black olives are followed by tobacco characters and spicy cigar box end notes. Medium bodied flavours of blackcurrant and dark cherries are to the fore with underlying spicy tobacco and scorched cedar characters. Fine grained yet quite solid tannin structure. Aftertaste of dark cherries, blackcurrant, light mint, spicy tobacco and lightly scorched cedar.
Cellar 5-6 years.
