Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of passionfruit are overlaid by some herbaceous grassy characters and light capsicum with citrus end notes. The palate features intense flavours of passionfruit intermixed with some grassy herbaceous characters followed by citrus and mineral on the crunchy acid finish. Aftertaste of passionfruit, grassy characters and citrusy mineral.
