2013 Sutherland Estate Daniels Hill Vineyard Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peaches and dried honey emerge followed by some light butterscotch, cashew and spice. Medium weighted the palate has flavours of white peaches and nectarines infused with dried honey characters over some toasty oak and spice. Moderately creamy in the mouth finishing dry with good freshness. Aftertaste of white peaches, nectarines, subtle dried honey, a light toastiness and spice.
