Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose presents a fresh aromatic profile of pear, citrus and spice. More akin to Pinot Grigio in terms of its texture and weight the palate has fresh vibrant flavours of pear, apple, citrus and spice. Clean crisp dry finish with aftertaste of pear, citrus and spice.
