2013 Stoneleigh Latitude Pinot Noir

Matured for 10 months in French oak of which 30% was new, this is a fantastic everyday drinking Pinot. Semi translucent bright ruby red colour with a crimson red hue. Lifted aromas of ripe dark cherries, dark plum and anise arise from the glass followed by some meaty characters and spicy cedar. Light to medium weight and very savoury the palate possesses an excellent power wave delivering mouthfilling flavours of ripe dark cherries, dark plums, spicy dried meat characters and light cedar. Dry finish with very fine grained tannins showing excellent integration. Long aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, dark plums and meaty cedar characters.
