2013 Spy Valley Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a dark crimson red hue. Fragrant ripe dark cherry, anise and dark strawberry aromas emerge from the glass with following notes of toasty cedar and spice. Light weight but very flavoursome and with good power the palate features flavours of ripe dark cherries and plum intermixed with anise over some toasty cedar and spice. Velvet smooth tannins with a medium to long spicy dark cherry, anise, plum and toasty cedar aftertaste.
Cellar 3-4 years.
