2013 South Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. The nose opens with herbaceous grassy, capsicum and asparagus top notes followed by some citrus and unripe gooseberry showing good aromatic intensity. The palate is fresh and lively with flavours of herbaceous grassy characters and asparagus followed by some fresh capsicum and citrus. Clean crisp dry finish with a long herbaceous grassy, asparagus and capsicum aftertaste.
