2013 Soul Growers Provident Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark crimson purple hue. The nose offers up a fragrant bouquet of liquorice and dark chocolate over some blackberries, vanillin oak and spice. Full bodied with a rich fleshy textural feel the palate delivers opulent flavours of liquorice, dark chocolate and ripe blackberries with a background of mocha and spicy vanillin oak. Velvet smooth tannins. Long aftertaste of liquorice, dark chocolate, mocha and spicy vanillin oak. A rich, soft, fleshy Barossa Shiraz.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
