2013 Rymill Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

A Rich, Powerful and Structured Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon that offers outstanding value

Totally opaque inky black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Nosing reveals scents of blackcurrant alongside some black cherry and liquorice aromas with underlying cedary tobacco, subtle black olive and spice notes. Full bodied with abundant richness and excellent fruit concentration the palate features mouthfilling ripe blackcurrant, liquorice and black cherry flavours followed by some cedary tobacco characters, cigar box and spice. Slightly chewy, rich textural mouthfeel with plenty of tannin and structure lurking beneath the opulent fruit providing the ideal framework. Superb power with a long conclusion of ripe blackcurrant, black cherries, cedary tobacco characters and spicy cigar box.
