2013 Pindarie The Risk Taker Tempranillo

Opaque black dark red colour with a deep very dark red black tinged hue. Nosing reveals aromas of black cherries and liquorice followed by some dark chocolate, lightly toasted cedar and spice. Medium to full bodied with a rich chewy texture the palate is filled with generous ripe black cherry flavours followed by some earth and spicy cedar. Dry finish with a solid chewy tannin structure. Excellent depth with a long black cherry, subtle liquorice, earth and spicy cedar aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
