2013 Petaluma White Label Cabernet Sauvignon

Aged in French oak barriques for 14 months. Opaque dark purple black colour with a bright purple red hue. The nose displays aromas of blackcurrant infused with some minty bay leaf characters over a background of cedary tobacco and spice. Medium weight the palate has an elegant feel with flavours of blackcurrant, minty bay leaf, cedar and light spicy tobacco. Dry, slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, minty bay leaf, cedary tobacco and spice.
Cellar 5-6 years.
